It began with the dream of helping people. Through good times and bad, to be there to help customers prepare for and protect their financial futures. Since 1887, Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. has grown with the changing times, but we're still the same stable insurance company our customers can trust in the long haul.

Ameritas Group is a division of Ameritas Life Insurance Corp., a UNIFI company, offering dental, eye care and hearing care insurance benefits across the nation. In New York, products are offered through First Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of New York, also a UNIFI company. We've been serving customers since the mid-1970s, and today help customers detect and prevent illness through a wide variety of comprehensive oral, visual and auditory wellness programs.

We have one of the largest dental PPO networks in the country, and offer access to top eye care and hearing care networks. Ameritas Group's award-winning call center has earned BenchmarkPortal's Center of Excellence award three years running. These associates are responsible for answering benefit questions while processing more than three million dental claims each year, and that doesn't even include eye care and hearing care.
