We always start by closely matching the group’s current benefits plan. Then we take it a step further by reviewing the plan design and seeing where we can add value. For instance, we offer a benefit maximum carryover option if the current plan doesn’t have one. We also accommodate any special needs, such as creating detailed materials that explain benefits to employees.
